Developmet of ZOHR Field; On-shore Facility.

Developing ZOHR field on-shore and off-shore facility is one of the most
important mega projects in Egypt. Synergy Engineering Services was concerned with the steam blowing process for boilers and steam piping system.

scope:

1. Coordinate with ENI/SAPESCO/CMS to identify client needs.
2. Develop detailed steam blowing procedure with marked up P & IDs.
3. Develop steam blowing and cleaning factor calculations.
4. Develop the detailed engineering for temporary piping (isometric drawings, MTO, and stress analysis calculations).
5. Supervise steam blowing process with client.
